We commenced operation in 2001 and now have over 34,000 client accounts representing total client assets of £9.7 billion (US$12.78 billion).*

Mark is co-founder and Branch Principal of the Raymond James branch based in King Street. Having spent 17 years in the financial services industry He has gained experience working in private banking, financial planning as well as helping build an office for a traditional investment manager. He always places his clients at the centre of what he does, and provides far more than investment management only.
Mark will help, in any way he can, with clients personal and business ambitions. Due to the nature of his clients Mark also works very closely with private equity and corporate finance houses and has been involved in a number of fundraisings.
He is passionate about giving back, and is trustee of two Manchester based charities, Henshaws Society for Blind People and Manchester Art Gallery.
Matthew is co-founder and Head of Investment of the Raymond James branch based in King Street. He has over 10 years investment research and management experience gained at two well-known investment houses.
His experience has been gained through all manner of market conditions. In order to provide consistent investment returns, it is paramount that investment decisions be timely, well researched and transparent.
Clive is a corporate lawyer and consultant with DAC Beachcroft. He advises on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs and secondary offerings. He advises on public and private M&A deals across a range of sectors. Clive has acted for a number of fully-listed and AIM-quoted UK and international companies as well as various investment banks and other corporate finance intermediaries.
In addition, Clive has been on the boards of a number of public and private companies and has been the deputy chairman of a fully-listed company and chairman of a number of AIM companies.
Clive is also fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and deputy chairman of its corporate finance forum.
